Brew Rhythm

External rhythm - In filmmaking, external rhythm (also referred to as cutting rhythm) is established by the duration of the shots that make up a scene. Lengthening or shortening the duration of the shots establishes a rhythmic pattern that can complement or contrast with the internal rhythm and content of a scene or sequence.

Irrational rhythm - In music, the term irrational rhythm is usually applied to a rhythm in which an unusual number of beats is superimposed on the predominating tempo. More precisely, if n evenly-spaced beats are played in the time of m beats of the underlying tempo then the rhythm is irrational if and only if m and n are coprime.

Composite rhythm - In music a composite rhythm is the durations and patterns (rhythm) produced by considering all sounding parts of a specific musical texture. In music of the common practice period the composite rhythm usually confirms the meter, often in metric or even-note patterns identical to the pulse on a specific metric level.

Rhythm and Lead Guitar - Rhythm & Lead Guitar is the position of a musician in a musical group who performs rhythm guitar a majority of the time, but also performs solos occasionally. This is usually in the context of two guitarists, one of which performs lead guitar more of the time, and the other of which performs rhythm guitar more of the time.
